It is hard to think of a better place to get married or celebrate a special occasion. The island can host groups of 500+ people in the largest event tent site and has multiple other sites suitable for tents, making the island the perfect place for spectacular events. It’s also an ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon. We can arrange practically anything to help mark a special occasion—fireworks, fabulous floral arrangements, a nonstop feast with an in-home private chef, quintessential Maine lobster bake, you tell us what you want, and we’ll make it happen.
Can I use the house or the island for day use or corporate events?
Depending on the event, day use of an outdoor space is possible, however we don’t allow day-use events that will negatively impact the quality of the stay for our overnight guests. We have hosted many large corporate functions for Mercedes Benz, Fox News, and others groups that required ultimate privacy for multi-day executive retreats and/or corporate events. For inquires please contact us via email sales@prenticehospitality.com.
Can I bring my own boat?
Overnight dockage is available for vessels up to 35 feet at $75/night and must be pre-approved. In the event of inclement weather or safety concerns, Maine Harbor Club may require boats to vacate the dock. Any relocation or alternative mooring costs are the responsibility of the vessel owner.
